Meet your field squad

No awkward introductions here. We use movement games to get you talking — Human Bingo, name-motion chains, and a speed-friendship circuit. You'll know 10 names before you've broken a sweat.

Wake the body up

A guided mobility flow led by a Fitaraa trainer — dynamic stretches, hip openers, shoulder rolls, and light agility ladders. Gets every muscle ready without tiring you out before the fun starts.

Teams rotate across all four games. Points stack up on the live leaderboard. Every game is beginner-playable and all-levels fun.

Breathe it out together

Group stretching and guided breathing to bring heart rates down. This is also when the real friendships form — post-game, catching breath, exchanging numbers.

Awards, photos & mingle
