About The Coach
I’m the founder of Fitaraa and a certified personal trainer with over 8 years of experience working across general fitness, sports performance, and women’s health.
I’ve worked with hundreds of individuals across different life stages — from beginners learning to move confidently, to athletes improving performance, to women navigating pregnancy and postpartum recovery. Over the years, I’ve conducted thousands of personal training sessions, both in-person and online.
My approach is science-backed, sustainable, and deeply human. I don’t believe in punishment-style training or quick fixes. I believe movement should support your life — not compete with it.
