• Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original condition and packaging.

• Items showing signs of wear, damage, or use will not be accepted.

• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

• Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method, excluding original shipping fees.

• Refunds may take up to 7–10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank.

Defective or Incorrect Items
